PT 2750/FDA

FDA compliant lubricated PTFE

Made from 100% pure PTFE multifilament yarn impregnated with a PTFE-lubricant. Diagonally braided at medium density, it offers excellent malleability and sealing with minimal tightening loads. Thanks to the special lubricant, it ensures long service life without wear on bushings or shafts.

Applications

Compatible with any aggressive chemical, whether liquid or gaseous. It is primarily used in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and drinking water industries.

PT 2750/L

Lubricated PTFE

Packing made of 100% PTFE yarn, yarn-by-yarn impregnated with PTFE lubricant. Diagonally braided in a "soft" execution for better adjustment on centrifugal pumps. Thanks to the additive-enhanced lubricants, it prevents overheating and subsequent burning and wear of the shafts.

Applications

Agitators, reactors, filters, highly aggressive environments. Resists all chemicals (excluding molten alkali metals). Chemical and petrochemical industry, storage plants. Suitable for acids, alkalis, solvents, ketones, and chlorine.

PT 2750/S

Dry PTFE

Braided packing made of 100% pure virgin PTFE yarn, saturated with suspended PTFE. Diagonally braided at high density with a minimal internal core to make it flexible and mechanically resistant while maintaining a perfectly square section.

Applications

Reciprocating machines, piston pumps, dosing pumps up to 200 bar. Low-speed mixers and agitators, valve stems, expansion joints, control valves. Chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Suitable for any aggressive chemical compatible with PTFE.

TG 3850/Y

Graphite-filled PTFE

Exclusively braided packing composed of a homogeneous blend of porous expanded PTFE filled with a high percentage of pure graphite particles. Lubricant-free yarn, resists stretching. High mechanical strength. Non-abrasive, does not wear shafts. Medium density construction.

Practically universal application.

TGK 3900/4

PTFE-Graphite with Kevlar corners

Manufactured by combining pre-lubricated Kevlar® aramid yarn placed at the four corners with a yarn composed of a homogeneous blend of porous expanded PTFE filled with a high percentage of pure graphite particles, placed on the sides and inside. High resistance to extrusion and pressure.

Applications

Centrifugal pumps, piston pumps, agitators, (valves). Suitable for weak acids and alkaline solutions, abrasive substances, hot water, oils, gas, and solvents.
