Gland packing reinforced with carbon fiber corners
Every single graphite strand and the corners are reinforced with carbon fiber, without the use of additional reinforcements. In pumps, it eliminates the need for flush water and minimizes leakage. It is self-lubricating and does not cause wear on shafts or bushings.
Applications
Universal: paper mills, specifically for pulp and paper, agitators, refiners, pulpers, and condensate pumps. Also suitable for high-pressure steam valves, hydrocarbons, thermal, and nuclear power plants.

Anti-extrusion with Kevlar® corners
Special packing with exclusive construction for pumps handling abrasive fluids. Core made with individual graphite strands reinforced with carbon fiber and diagonal braiding. External carbon fiber reinforcement with Kevlar® yarn corners.
Applications
Used as an anti-extrusion ring to reduce stuffing box tolerances and to protect other packing rings from fluid abrasion. Generally, only one ring (the first ring on the fluid side) is installed in the stuffing box.
